Congratulations to James Rayner and Amira Akanbi for taking part in this year’s Articulation Awards that took place at the University of East Anglia on 6 March.
James gained a place on the British Film Institute national residential course in his first year at Hills Road where he focused on enhancing his editing skills.
James Rayner is a Y13 student who studies History of Art, Music and Religious Studies. In 2024, he competed in the ARTiculation talks.
The Beginners Level 1 course is designed for students who have no previous knowledge of Japanese.

Joe Kibble studies Music Technology, Film Studies and Photography. In 2024 he gained a place on the British Film Institute National Residential course!
