The key to a rich and influential literature and a range of modern languages. Through Latin you will gain access to a rich literature, giving rise to debate on Roman poetry, history, philosophy and culture. These are not seen in isolation but are compared with modern literature, events and ideas.

The Latin Beginners Level 1 course is suitable for students who have no previous knowledge of Latin.

Latin for Beginners - Level 1

The Latin Beginners Level 2 course is suitable for students who have already studied Latin for one term or who have completed approximately 20 hours of tuition.

Latin for Beginners - Level 2

The Latin Beginners Level 3 course is suitable for students who have already studied Latin for two terms or who have completed approximately 40 hours of tuition.

Lecture theatre

The Level 1 Award in British Sign Language is a qualification for learners wanting to communicate in British Sign Language (BSL) on a range of everyday themes. Learners will gain the skills and confidence to understand and use BSL.
The qualification is suitable for those who want to:
· Learn basic language skills to communicate with Deaf people
· Progress to further study or employment using BSL
· Learn a new language for personal development

Level 1 Award in British Sign Language (BSL1)

The Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling course provides the final stage of working towards achieving counsellor practitioner status. The programme will enable successful learners to counsel individual clients within supervised, structured settings. Learners will also make substantial progress towards eligibility for individual counsellor accreditation with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and other Lead Bodies.
The next Level 4 counselling course will start in September 2026, applications will be open in February 2026.

The Life Drawing course welcomes students of all abilities. Whether you are a complete beginner to life drawing who is looking to learn the very basics of drawing or an experienced artist wanting to develop their skills, this is the perfect course for you. We have three courses each week - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday so choose the day that suits you by scrolling right.
