The Yoga Vinyasa Flow course is suitable for complete beginners as well as those who have some previous experience of Yoga and would like to deepen their practice.

When students are comfortable with the shapes and alignment of the poses, we will begin to link them together into short flowing sequences (vinyasa) focusing on moving with the breath.

Sessions will be accompanied by music. Each one will start with a warm-up and end up with a set of flexibility exercises and relaxation.

Modifications will be offered throughout the class to ensure each student is practising at a level they are comfortable with (a short medical and lifestyle questionnaire is given prior to the first class). Each session will aim to build and develop from the previous session.

The atmosphere in class is very much inclusive and non-competitive allowing students the opportunity to practise mindfully, developing body awareness and challenging themselves accordingly.
