This is an introductory workshop to help you keep your bicycle in good working order. You will learn to carry out minor adjustments and repairs. There will also be information on health and safety, security and cycle support groups.
Please bring with you some basic tools, lubricants, a clean rag, a puncture repair kit and your own bicycle.
The following list of tools is recommended. However, the tutor will also bring some tools that the students may use.

John Claydon became addicted to bicycles at the age of 11. He has trained and supervised Duke of Edinburgh Award cycle expeditions. He has used his bike to commute to work and enjoys exploring the countryside whenever the opportunity arises. He is a member of the Fenland Bicycle Safari Club and is a Sustrans supporter.
