This one-day 'Avoiding Burnout' workshop blends gentle, accessible yoga with science-based insights.
The Breathe, Move, Balance Yoga One Day Workshop is suitable for all levels and requires no previous yoga experience.
This 'Avoiding Burnout' workshop will help you understand and manage stress before it becomes overwhelming through a blend of gentle yoga and science-based insights.
Guided by a neuroscientist and qualified yoga teacher, you will explore how the state of the nervous-system influences energy, focus and mood, and you will learn practical ways to restore balance.
You will leave with a toolkit of mind-body practices you can integrate into everyday life to prevent burnout, restore balance and support a healthy nervous system.

Payment
Payment is made in full at the time of booking.
If you are booking a Level 3 or 4 Counselling course, you will be able to pay for this using a Direct Debit, which you will set up before the course starts in September. Please check the relevant course pages for details.
