Hills Road is a friendly, caring and supportive College committed to offering the best opportunities possible for its students. The College has excellent facilities with permanent specialist accommodation where all lessons are taught. It is an exciting and rewarding place in which to work and many visitors to the College comment on its purposeful and happy atmosphere.

Types of roles at the College
Staff are employed in a number of subject specific teaching posts and are supported by staff with expertise in various areas. Teaching and Support staff are employed on nationally agreed terms and conditions. Salary scales are reviewed annually each Autumn, with any changes back dated to the start of the Academic Year. This is similar to the arrangements offered in maintained schools sector and local government.
