“My wife Zoe and I first met during our time at Hills Road. At first, we were simply friends of friends of friends, but over time, we found ourselves part of the same larger friendship group in the lower sixth.
We spent most of our days hanging out in what was then affectionately known as ‘The Basement.’ It was there that Zoe and I became close friends, bonding over our mutual love of video games, films, and all things nerdy. That connection grew deeper, and on Christmas Eve 2010, I kissed her. The rest, as they say, is history.
Even after leaving Hills Road, our story continued. We maintained a long-distance relationship when I moved to Birmingham for university, and later, Zoe joined me for my third and fourth years there. From Birmingham, we moved to Peterborough when I started my first job. In 2016, we tied the knot. Fast forward to today, and we’re proud parents to two wonderful children, aged 6 and 2.”
