About the course

Whether you’re new to Creative Writing or looking for an opportunity to develop, with a focus on prose, this course will offer creative prompts, suggestions to grow your skills and an opportunity to share your work with other writers.

Creative Writing Summer School is a five-day course focussing on a new topic each day, the course will increase your understanding of the fundamentals of the writer’s toolkit and develop your skills in using those tools. As part of this, you will have fun creating new ideas and stories from creative exercises and prompts. You will have opportunities to share your writing, listen to new writing, and give and receive feedback. By the end of the course, your creative writing will have received an energy boost, to start you writing and keep you writing.

Payment

Payment is made in full at the time of booking.

If you are booking a Level 3 or 4 Counselling course, you will be able to pay for this using a Direct Debit, which you will set up before the course starts in September. Please check the relevant course pages for details.
