Creative Writing Next Steps

The Creative Writing Next Steps course is for those with some knowledge and experience in creative writing who wish to continue to develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Enrol now for the available days

About the course

The Creative Writing Next Steps course will focus on writing prose (novels and short stories) and the techniques used within this style of writing.

Throughout this course, you will explore and practice using a wide range of tools that are fundamental to writing effective stories.

Whether you’re learning elements of theory, receiving prompts from your tutor or sharing your work with the class, there will be plenty of opportunities to grow and get inspired.

Having the chance to share your work with the group is a powerful exercise, where you’ll be able to receive feedback from other writers. This will undoubtedly be extremely helpful in your journey to improve your writing technique, forge your own unique style and perfect your story's narrative.

Ultimately, if you write, you’re a writer. This course will help you to continue writing, grow in confidence and make your stories come to life.
