Mihran was last seen on the evening of Monday, 21 April, after leaving his home in Hardwick for a walk. On Saturday, 26 April a body was discovered by a member of the public in woodland near Hardwick. Formal identification has yet to take place and detectives are keeping an open mind; however, the circumstances are not being treated as suspicious.

Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Mihran’s family, friends and loved ones at this unimaginably difficult time. We cannot begin to comprehend their pain, and we stand with them in their grief.

The loss of Mihran will be felt deeply across the entire Hills Road community. For students who knew him and for the staff who taught and supported him, this is devastating news.

We are mindful that this news will be difficult for so many. The College will be providing students and staff with information about the additional counselling and support routes that will be available from Monday 28th April.

For everyone who knew Mihran, this is an incredibly painful moment. Please do not hesitate to reach out for help — the College is here to support you in whatever way you need.
