Hills Road Sixth Form College is looking for an efficient and highly organised Administrator (Extended Curriculum). 

Contract: Permanent , Full Time, Term time only (08.30 to 4.30)

Salary: £22,867 per annum pro rata (£26,818 per annum FTE) 

Closing date:  Monday, 8th June 2026 at 9am

Interview date: Week commencing 15th June 2026

About this role

Hills Road Sixth Form College is looking for an efficient and highly organised Administrator (Extended Curriculum). The role offers a rare opportunity to join the College in a new, full‑time position designed to provide flexible, high quality administrative support across three key areas of our Extended Curriculum:

  • Careers (including UCAS support and events)
  • Student Services (including attendance, inbox management, first aid cover and front desk support)
  • Enrichment (particularly administration of Terms 1 & 2, Eco‑week, HR4.5 and Social Action Week)

The role will provide year-round consistency, deeper knowledge retention and improved efficiency during peak workload periods. The role requires excellent organisation, accuracy, initiative and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
