Laura, who left Hills Road in 2022, is now pursuing her passion for dance through an undergraduate course at Shockout in Manchester. Returning to familiar surroundings, she shared her skills and experience with current students through a commercial dance workshop incorporating Latin-inspired movement and choreography.

The session also provided an opportunity for Year 13 students studying specific dance styles as part of their examinations to further develop their practical skills and explore techniques relevant to their coursework.

It was wonderful to welcome Laura back to Hills Road and see her sharing the skills she has developed since leaving the College. The workshop offered students a valuable opportunity to learn from a former student pursuing a career in the performing arts, while gaining fresh inspiration for their own dance studies.
