Our Ceramics for Improvers course is for anyone who has previously completed a Ceramics course for Beginners at Hills Road and is looking to improve their skills. This course will give students a chance to delve deeper into the wonderful world of clay!

About the course
Throughout the Ceramics for Improvers course, you will be provided with technical guidance and assistance to help you reach your potential and creative goals. You will gain confidence in techniques and processes through practice and investigate various areas within this medium to enhance your existing artistic skills.
We encourage our students to approach this course with an idea about what they would potentially like to create. In doing so, you’ll be in a fantastic position to enhance your ceramics journey and achieve the goals you have set for yourself before the beginning of this course.
We offer a focused and friendly environment to expand your knowledge and confidence in Ceramics. The Improvers course will provide students with the opportunity for peer-to-peer learning and build a positive community among attendees.
Your work can be collected after the course has finished, once it has been finally fired in the kiln.

Payment is made in full at the time of booking.
If you are booking a Level 3 or 4 Counselling course, you will be able to pay for this using a Direct Debit, which you will set up before the course starts in September. Please check the relevant course pages for details.
