We are looking for a well-qualified, passionate and innovative teacher to join our highly successful and experienced English, Media and Film department as an English, Media or Film teacher. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to join our successful team. At Hills Road, we offer three English A level courses: English Literature, English Language and Combined English Literature and Language, as well as A level Media Studies and A level Film Studies.  We are particularly looking for teachers who are able to teach across at least two subject areas. For the right candidate, there is also potential to join us in a Course Leader role in one of these subject areas.

Full-time teachers teach a maximum of 20 x 65min teaching periods in the college week. The post is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers.

Start: 27 August 2024

Salary:  Depending on teaching experience, the posts will be paid from £30,500 to £47,133, rising incrementally, subject to satisfactory annual review.
