Finance Manager
Hills Road Sixth Form College is looking for someone to join us in the capacity of Finance Manager. This is a key role in the College leading a small team of colleagues in our Finance Department.

Contract: Permanent, Full-time, 52 weeks per year
Salary: Point 34 of the Support Staff Pay Spine - £48,706 per annum
Closing date: Wednesday 22nd January 2025 at 9.00am
Interviews: Week commencing 27th January 2025
About the role
The post will work closely alongside the Chief Finance Officer to influence strategy and commercial outcomes. It will provide proactive and hands-on team leadership to our Finance Department, which comprises two Finance Officers and a Finance Assistant; and produce expert analysis and interpretation, presenting options to resolve problems, create opportunities and support informed financial decision-making by maximising the use of our accounting, reporting, and budgeting tools.
