“The pace of the lessons is just right, with extra help if you need it. The course covers a wide range of topics, from media to healthy living - something for everyone to voice their opinions about. I have developed my confidence in speaking in front of a group, and if you take German you too will be surprised by the end of the first term at the amount you have learned! My highlights of learning German this year have to be both European Languages Day and Comic Relief where I spoke German for the whole day! Though this was a challenge, we were able to have understandable conversations with each other. Overall, German is a brilliant subject that I hope to continue next year, and be able to use regularly in the future.”
