The recently refurbished Aspirations fitness suite is designed to meet all your health and fitness needs. With various payment options on offer it is affordable to everyone and is open all day every day to the general public. You do not have to be a member to enjoy this excellent facility, which houses a variety of cardiovascular machines (to give your heart and lungs a thorough workout) and a number of resistance machines (to aid muscular conditioning). Also available, are a small selection of hand weights to add further variety to your workouts. The fitness suite has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and we can provide you with all the encouragement you need to achieve your goals.

After having your gym induction, you may choose from any of the non-contracted payment schemes, enabling you to get, and stay in shape at a cost to suit you. Parking is free and the Centre provides full showering and changing facilities making it ideal for training before or after work and allowing customers to avoid the rush hour traffic.

Before you can use the fitness equipment at Aspirations, it will be necessary to undertake a short, but comprehensive induction with the Fitness consultant.

Included in the induction fee is a free gym session.
